Complaints

If you have any concerns about our service please contact Mrs Celestina Collison preferably in writing. This can include a complaint about the firm’s bill. The firm will try to resolve complaints internally. There may also be a right to object to the bill by making a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman at Legal Ombudsman, 71 Great Peter Street, London SW1P 2BN and/or by applying to the Solicitors Regulation Authority who are contactable via the badge on our homepage or by applying to the court for an assessment of the bill under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974 in certain circumstances.
